Tiny Tigers (Ages 3 & 4) – click to view

Our Tiny Tigers program in Rockville is designed specifically for children aged 3 and 4 — and yes, that really is old enough to start karate. Classes are high-energy, short in duration, and built entirely around the attention span and learning style of toddlers.
Your child will develop balance, coordination, listening skills, and confidence in a safe, encouraging environment — all while having a blast on the mat. Most Rockville parents tell us it’s the highlight of their child’s week.

Little Ninjas at our Rockville location introduces children aged 5-7 to foundational karate techniques — kicks, punches, blocks, and stances — while reinforcing the core values of respect, focus, and self-discipline. Classes are structured but fast-paced, keeping every student engaged and challenged from start to finish.

The instructors are amazing!! Mr. Nick is so great! He is patient and kind with all the children. He has this gift to instruct the children in a way they can understand no matter the age. I also received great help from Lana with signing up, she answered all questions precisely and was so nice! Excited to keep bringing my kids here, great way to get them in a sport while also providing them with discipline and defense skills.
